The Glazing Line for Salmon is manufactured to ensure a rational
glazing of salmon and other similar fish types.
The Glazing Line is characterized by a regulation system, which
keeps a constant water temperature +/- 2ºC, which combined with an
adjustable speed on the conveyor, makes the thickness control of
the glazing ice easier.
The system has a production capacity of 15-70 fish/min depending
on the size of the fish.
Each fish is pushed into the holder on the conveyor belt. The fish
is placed with the belly up to ensure that the water is emptied out
of the fish, when it comes out of the glazing bath.
The belt width of 1000 mm makes it possible to place more than one
fish in each holder, when smaller fish are glazed.
The glazing bath has a level control and two thermostats for
adjustment of the water temperature. When the water temperature
rises, a pump is started and the water will be recycled through a
bin with ice.
The Glazing Line is equipped with an electrical box and a control
panel.
